Shipping Policy
At South State MFG, LLC, we are committed to delivering your tattoo supplies promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processes and ensure a smooth experience.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
- PO Box Deliveries: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for all shipments.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package via the carrier's website.
International Shipping
- Availability: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.
- Restricted Countries: Due to various regulations, we cannot ship to certain countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to fulfill your order to that destination.
Shipping Restrictions
- Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return fees. A 10% restocking fee will also apply.
Weather Considerations
- Cold Weather: During winter months, temperatures below 30°F may cause certain products to freeze during transit. To mitigate this risk, please ensure your order is delivered by the end of the business week. We are not responsible for damages caused by freezing temperatures.

Refund Policy
At South State Manufacturing, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality tattoo supplies and exceptional customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of order for a full refund.
- Condition: Items must be in the condition they were shipped to qualify for a refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Tattoo Machines
- Pigments
- Soft Grips
- Needles
- Medical supplies
- Special orders
- Oversized or overweight items sold by the case or gallon
Return Process
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at info@southstatemfg.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your items.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If they meet our return criteria, a refund will be processed.
Refunds
- Store Credit: Refunded orders will typically be reimbursed via store credit unless otherwise specified.
- Alternative Refund Methods: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please inform us during the return process. Refunds to credit cards or PayPal accounts may take up to 4 weeks to process, depending on your financial institution.
- Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Reporting: If your items were damaged during shipping or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
- Documentation: Provide photographs of the damaged products and packaging to assist in processing your claim.
- Resolution: We will work with you to replace the items (if possible) and pursue a damage claim with the carrier.
Local Pickup Orders
- Pickup Timeframe: All pickup orders must be placed online and picked up within 24 hours from the time of fulfillment unless other arrangements have been made.

Undeliverable Shipments
- Customer Responsibility: For declined or refused customer orders, the customer will be responsible for paying the original shipping fee, and all costs incurred by South State MFG, LLC for return shipping and/or customs fees, plus a restocking fee of 10%.
